In 2020, we successfully completed a large-scale migration project for the Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB), migrating their SAP DM system to FileNet. This migration involved the seamless transfer of over 100,000 cases, 1.2 million documents, 700,000 folders, 30,000 notes, and 25,000 case relationships.

The project, which lasted approximately 1.5 years on the client's infrastructure, presented several challenges. These included the absence of an initial metadata model, long lead times for infrastructural adjustments such as opening network ports across various domains, and system replacements midway through the project. Despite these obstacles, our team successfully adapted and completed the migration with precision, achieving flawless results.

Following our success with the SAP DM to FileNet migration, we are currently collaborating with RVB on the migration of the Consultation Environment (old archives) to the RVB FileNet system. This is part of a series of ongoing projects, which also include the migration of additional archives and parts of the group drives.
